Your Role

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be an outgoing individual who enjoys assisting others and is driven to achieve results. Your responsibilities will include placing our clients at the forefront of your actions by evaluating their needs, facilitating account openings, managing transactions, and handling service and cash-related activities. This role will also support business development initiatives and may involve assisting with the establishment of consumer loans and business accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engaging in relationship-building and business development by connecting with clients, understanding and addressing their deposit needs, enhancing their awareness of C&N products and service solutions, and exploring additional avenues to nurture and expand the relationship.
  2. Performing lending functions for clients seeking financing for consumer loans.
  3. Assisting with branch operations and teller functions by accurately maintaining teller activities, balancing, and executing other transactions for clients as necessary.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience - A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the banking sector, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Recommended Certifications - NMLS (to be obtained within 1 year of employment).

Skills - Candidates should demonstrate well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial products and services.
