Your Role
As a detail-oriented and organized professional with a comprehensive understanding of mortgage operations, you will be instrumental in reviewing and finalizing mortgage loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the field who excels in a dynamic setting and can efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive post-closing evaluations of retail real estate loans to verify accuracy and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Input new mortgage and real estate loans into the DNA core operating system, ensuring accurate data integration.
- Support the Mortgage Loan Closing Team Leader with Secondary Market Operations, facilitating smooth loan sales and compliance with investor standards.
- Examine new loan file packets to confirm they align with all regulatory and institutional criteria.
- Process payments, transactions, fund disbursements, and loan funding with meticulous attention to detail.
Education & Experience - A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with the DNA core operating system and a solid grasp of mortgage processes.
Essential Skills - Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks, and a solid understanding of core systems and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
