Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our growing Wealth Management Team as a Senior Wealth Advisor. As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will lead client relationships, offer expert financial planning and investment management services, and create and implement tailored wealth strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
- Implement financial plans, including coordination of estate, insurance, and tax strategies.
- Work with the portfolio management team to incorporate clients' investment strategies with their planning objectives.
- Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (M.B.A. or M.A. preferred).
- 8-10 years of relevant experience relating to Wealth Management clients.
- FINRA Series 7, 63 (at start), 65, and PA Insurance (within 6 months) certifications.
- Recommended certifications: CFP, CTFA, CIMA, ChFC.
You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in public speaking and engaging on social media platforms.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong client-centric focus.
- Actively contributes to team efforts, leveraging collective strengths to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Proven leadership and management experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
