**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Targeting and Execution:
    • Identify and visit specific areas of town with a focus on small businesses, hotels, and community hubs.
    • Sell the Portland Pickles' small business package, tailored to meet the needs of local businesses.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
  • Promotion and Community Engagement:
    • Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, and Pickles-branded items to local businesses.
    • Build partnerships with local hotels, signing them up for a hotel program where they receive exclusive perks tied to the Portland Pickles.
    • Engage in local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the Pickles and drive sales.
  • Account Management:
    • Maintain and grow relationships with signed-up businesses, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction with the Pickles' offerings.
    • Provide regular follow-ups, updates, and promotional support to these businesses.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
    • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and business feedback.
    • Report on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
    • Offer insights and suggestions on how to improve the sales process or enhance promotional efforts.

**Requirements:**

  • Must live in the Portland, OR Metro Area for this in-person role.
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales, sports, and community engagement.
  • Experience selling to businesses or ticket sales experience.
