RideNow Powersports Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at RideNow Powersports. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inspect vehicles and document problems to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Advise customers on necessary services and repairs, providing clear and concise explanations
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of service work
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of powersports vehicles and their maintenance is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
