  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries, providing clear and concise information about their vehicle repair needs.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services available and contact customers to update them on their vehicle's repair status.
  • Document services declined and follow up with customers on future service considerations.
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure a positive service experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Service Advisor experience required, with import vehicle experience preferred.
  • An energetic, upbeat, and engaging attitude.
  • CDK experience is a plus.
  • Must have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
