Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring that contractual obligations are met and that all security personnel assigned to the shift are performing at their best. This includes scheduling, leadership, and directing the performance of security personnel, as well as maintaining high morale and exercising sound judgment in all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule shift work distribution and ensure that all security personnel are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to security personnel, ensuring that they are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner.
  • Inspect the performance of security personnel and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Control access to buildings and property, protect equipment and material, and perform interior and exterior facility security inspections as directed.
  • Interact and escort as required with public and government personnel, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, and the general public.
  • Respond and assist medical, fire department, law enforcement, and other personnel at the direction of supervisors.
  • Construct and write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports in English.
Requirements
  • US Citizens.
  • Minimum of 25 years of age.
  • Possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an ACO utilizing security systems (i.e., DISS or scattered castles).
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience (Security related preferred).
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied.
  • CPR and Automated External Defibrillator certifications required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior military, civilian, or security guard experience.
  • Successfully completed all training and have obtained all required permits, licenses, certifications, and security clearances for the site.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
  • Have no record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during the previous five years.
  • Required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID vaccine Attestation/Restrictions.
