Fairchild Equipment, a leading material handling dealership in the Midwest, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

This exciting opportunity will involve working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to drive customer business, ensure coordination, and execute high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture daily sales leads generated by our marketing efforts.
  • Proactively call prospective customers to promote our products and services.
  • Develop rapport with potential and current customers.
  • Support the sales team with sales-related inquiries.
  • Record and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Assist with project coordination and provide CRM software support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of general office experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

What We Offer:

  • $18.00-$23.00/hour, based on experience.
  • Commission program.
