Patient Access Liaison, Call Center Representative

Job Summary
As a Patient Access Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences at Summa Health System. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting callers and patients with way-finding, appointment scheduling, pre-service registration, insurance verification, co-pay collection, physician referral, and initial screening of patient signs and symptoms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with way-finding and appointment scheduling
- Verify patient insurance and collect co-pays
- Refer patients to physicians as needed
- Screen patients for signs and symptoms
- Coordinate class scheduling and patient access initiatives
Requirements
