Bilingual Insurance Sales Professional

Goosehead Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
- Meet new business revenue generation targets on an individual and team level.
The first year's earnings potential ranges from $65,000 - $100,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President's Club trip.

Requirements:- Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish.
- License: General Lines Property and Casualty License is required.
- Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO.
- Experience: 2+ years of insurance sales experience is preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major.
