Job Summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all production activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of hourly associates engaged in manufacturing activities
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure high efficiency, safety, food safety, quality, and cost metrics are met
  • Interview, hire, and train associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Appraise performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Build positive associate morale and develop hourly associates as leaders to help direct work areas
  • Actively supervise and direct associates on the production lines to build their skills and work towards continuous improvement
  • Enforce and comply with all Company policies and procedures
  • Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • Issue written and oral instructions as needed
  • Collaborate with other production support teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Minimum age 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
  • Proficient knowledge in the operation of continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to effectively adapt to change
  • Frequent walking/standing
  • Frequent exposure to water, weather, and noise
