Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at IST Management. As a key member of our office services staff, you will provide administrative support services at our client site locations in Stamford, CT. Your primary responsibilities will include managing mail, handling front desk reception, processing print requests, and performing basic copier equipment maintenance. Additionally, you will assist with office moves, respond to building-related issues, and perform other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage mail, including pickup, sorting, and delivery
Provide front desk reception coverage, including answering phones and directing calls
Process print requests, both hard copy and electronic
Perform basic copier equipment maintenance, including changing ink cartridges, loading paper, and clearing jams
Assist with office moves and relocations
Respond to and coordinate building-related issues with property management and outside contractors
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
Possess a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to reach site locations
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Demonstrate keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Be able to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Possess competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Be capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
Show willingness to cross-train for other job functions
Possess experience in reception/office services, a plus
