The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in cash handling and data entry. They will be responsible for assessing customer needs, exercising good communication skills, and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences. Additionally, they will promote a positive customer experience by offering support and guidance to individuals requiring assistance with trip planning and information on interactive customer kiosks.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $22,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment per year. The location of the job is in Columbus, OH, which offers a low cost of living and access to a range of amenities and attractions.
