Gastro Health is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients: respond to phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage incoming calls: route calls to the appropriate personnel, take messages, and send tasks as necessary.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments: schedule, confirm, and cancel office appointments as patients call in.
  • Coordinate hospital consults: coordinate all aspects of hospital consults called in.
  • Reschedule no-show appointments: reschedule appointments that were missed by patients.
  • Manage patient requests: respond to patient requests, confirm appointments, and follow up with patients as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Medical administration experience: 2+ years of experience in medical administration is preferred.
  • eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience: experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is desired.
  • Bilingual: bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required.
