Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our Brand Marketing efforts for our luxury brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the needs of existing and target customers within the luxury category, including end-use consumers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape, including competitor strengths, weaknesses, and how to win in the marketplace.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and optimize existing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Manage outside marketing and creative agency relationships to align strategies and meet key business goals.
  • Establish analytical processes to create a data-driven strategy and build a digital testing roadmap.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results.
  • Strong track record of driving brand creative and content creation.
  • Passionate and/or deep expertise in luxury, beauty, and self-care.
  • Ability to understand and apply business strategy to deliver better overall business results.
