Job Summary

The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Physician's Assistant provide primary medical care and preventive health care services to patients throughout their lifespan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary medical care and preventive health care services to patients
  • Function in one or more Concord Hospital Medical Group settings, including office, patient home, nursing facility, or inpatient
  • Work under the supervision of a CHMG physician for the Physician's Assistant and in collaboration with a CHMG physician for the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician's Assistant
  • NH License
  • DEA Certificate
  • Prior primary care and/or site-specific experience may be required based on the practice setting
