Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area
  • Accompany customers on test drives
  • Address and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Assist customers in locating vehicles that meet their needs
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to enhance sales
  • Set and strive to achieve personal sales goals
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts
  • Comply with uniform standards
  • Work independently throughout the day

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable using computers and technology
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Capable of driving a manual transmission vehicle
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish (preferred)

Experience:

We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service or sales. Previous sales experience is not a prerequisite.

Compensation Structure:

Commission: 5% of the gross profit from each vehicle sold, along with performance reviews.

Average Annual Earnings: $60,000 - $100,000
