Senior Enterprise Account Executive USA M/F/Mx

Trustpair is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in the US market. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a strong foothold and accelerating our momentum in the USA.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for building a large sales pipeline, primarily within new logo accounts. This will involve proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities. To succeed in this role, you must be a skilled hunter with a consultative selling approach, able to nurture strong client relationships and manage complex sales processes.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience selling enterprise-grade B2B SaaS solutions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a strong understanding of Trustpair's product and use cases to position yourself as an expert.
- Build and manage a pipeline of businesses of varying complexity.
- Apply a solutions-first sales approach to reach multiple contacts and teams within client organizations.
- Gain an understanding of key customer/market needs to deliver valuable insights to the sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Manage the entire sales process from generating new business opportunities to driving strategic meetings, closing deals, and coordinating technical, legal, and financial aspects.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $130-$150k per year, plus bonus potential up to $300k annually.
