Outbound Collection Agent

LaSalle Network is partnering with a financial services company in the Irving, TX area to find a skilled Outbound Collection Agent to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers with delinquent accounts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers based on their financial situation and ability to pay, while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Educate customers on the importance of timely payments and the consequences of non-payment, providing clear and accurate information on account balances, fees, and penalties.
  • Conduct 200 outbound phone calls.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure compliance with payment arrangements and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
