  • Welcoming members and guests with a smile and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Managing reservations, seating, and table assignments with precision and efficiency.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with "to-go" orders, accuracy, and billing.
  • Learning and promoting the club's services, events, facilities, and amenities.
  • Monitoring the dining area, ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next guests.
  • Collaborating with the service team to ensure seamless meal service.
  • Abiding by all laws and regulations related to serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Responding to and providing aid in medical or other emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Prior club or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Previous fine dining experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of service styles and etiquette.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to our POS system.
  • Available to work on all holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to perform physical job duties.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have knowledge of the food menu, daily specials, and wine menu.
  • Maintain a pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
