**Essential Functions**

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

• Maintain a clean and organized appearance, adhering to company uniform and grooming standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

• Respond to phone calls and inquiries regarding the menu and restaurant operations.

• Manage the host area, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking menus.

• Accurately communicate wait times and take reservations in accordance with company policy.

• Assist servers, bartenders, bussers, and managers as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and take-out areas throughout the shift.

**Minimum Qualifications**

• Possess a valid California Food Handlers card.

• Demonstrate a willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Exhibit high energy and strong verbal communication skills.

• Display excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
