Key Responsibilities
  • Member and Guest Relations: Create a lasting, positive impression upon members and guests when they first arrive to the restaurant, maintaining a confident and approachable appearance to create rapport with those dining.
  • Administrative Duties: Conduct administrative tasks, such as booking reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing members with sincere advice and recommendations.
  • Service Standards: Maintain a stocked, tidy, and clean work area at all times, assisting the service team with meal period resets and side work, and abiding by all laws pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, work cooperatively and professionally with other departments, and possess a mature, professional demeanor to interact with staff and members.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior club or hospitality experience preferred, previous fine dining experience preferred, and previous customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge of service styles and etiquette, ability to quickly learn and adapt to our POS System, and ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, and carrying a full server tray.
  • Availability: Available to work on all holidays and weekends.
