Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct final inspections, in-process inspections, and 1st article inspections to evaluate parts against print specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of inspection methods and techniques.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with AS 9100 requirements and Enjet Aero's Quality Policy.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of aerospace specifications and requirements, particularly Pratt and Whitney.



Requirements:

  • Strong blueprint and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) comprehension.
  • Ability to use inspection tools, such as micrometers, indicators, and comparators.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify dimensional and visual defects.
  • Ability to read and understand customer specifications and requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of measuring equipment and ability to work with various inspection reports.
