**Job Summary:** The Regional General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of multiple automotive dealerships within a designated region. The RGM will provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure that sales, profitability, and operational excellence goals are met or exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement effective business strategies and plans to achieve regional sales growth, customer satisfaction goals, and operational efficiency.
  • **Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of dealership managers and personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and motivation.
  • **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze sales data, market trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • **Financial Oversight:** Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and cost management across all dealerships.
  • **Customer Satisfaction:** Champion customer experience initiatives to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction across all dealership locations.
  • **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with corporate leadership and other regional managers to align strategies and share best practices.
  • **Compliance and Standards:** Ensure all dealerships adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in operations, sales, and customer service.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or dealerships.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, financing options, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data to drive business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region and occasionally beyond.
