**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including but not limited to brakes, alignments, steering, suspension, and engines.

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance.

• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to effectively troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.

• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to provide accurate estimates and ensure timely completion of services.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Document all repair and maintenance activities in the company's management system.

• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, tools, and OEM specifications.

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program is preferred.
