Astrix Technology seeks an Office Management Assistant to join our team. As an Office Management Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our employees, manage office supplies, and perform general office duties.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to employees, including answering phone calls and handling correspondence
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking
- Perform general office duties, including filing and organizing documents
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- AA Degree with 2 years' experience (nice to have)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Estimated Salary Range: $22 - $24 per hour
