Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at manufacturing companies
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for waste reduction and cost savings
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
