Job Summary

The Corporate Finance Manager is a key member of the Finance and Accounting leadership team, responsible for streamlining financial planning, liquidity, and capital management activities. This individual will serve as a central leader for financial planning, liquidity, and capital management activities, working closely with other finance, accounting, and business intelligence reporting teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • External Reporting: Coordinate completion of external financial and tax reporting requirements, including annual external financial statement audits, quarterly financial reporting for regulators, and monthly and quarterly debt covenant reporting.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Coordinate annual financial plan and quarterly forecast processes, developing key inputs with stakeholders, analyzing historical and current trends, and forecasting balance sheet positions over the forecast period.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Coach, mentor, and develop team members, support Accounting, Finance, & Reporting initiatives, and assist senior management team and operations leadership with in-depth analysis of core and ad hoc capital management projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in accounting and financial management software and Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5-7+ years of related professional Accounting/Finance experience
  • CPA or similar professional designation preferred
  • Mortgage industry experience preferred
