Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
This role involves greeting and welcoming guests, managing their account information, and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready.
  • Field customer complaints when necessary.
  • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information.
  • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent, and possess excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills. Experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist is preferred.
