About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  5. Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5-10 Years of Sales Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success and revenue growth.
  2. Strong Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industry, including current trends, technologies, and innovations.
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Proven Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  5. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
