Key Responsibilities
  • Process and code invoices with detailed GL account numbers, job numbers, cost types, and tax fields electronically
  • Verify and investigate open invoices prior to weekly payments
  • Reconcile vendor account statements to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare the weekly check run and monthly payable reports
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Requirements
  • An Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years related experience or be a recent college Graduate
  • Proficient in Micro-Soft Excel skills, prefer Advanced
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
