Key Responsibilities
  • Convert business and marketing goals into designs that are visually appealing, straightforward, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Develop design solutions that resonate with company objectives and priorities, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Create and produce printed and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, seasonal catalogs, comprehensive brochures, exhibition graphics, point-of-purchase signage, and product packaging/labels.
  • Design and refresh informational sales tools such as PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and data visualizations.
  • Assist in outlining project scopes and coordinating production requirements with external vendors.
  • Play a role in the ongoing development of the brand's visual identity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, advertising, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in both print and digital media within a creative team setting.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Acrobat) on a Mac OSX platform.
  • Skilled in image editing, color correction, scanning, etc.; familiarity with HTML and CSS is advantageous.
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing imagery, typography, layout, and branding.
  • Capability to adapt and reformat existing brand assets across various collateral types (both print and digital).
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines while maintaining clear communication with the team.
