Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Audacy. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events
- Bid on and win new business opportunities by showcasing Audacy's unique value proposition and expertise in audio content creation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve sales strategies and outcomes
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management
- Possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Experience in strategic omni-channel selling, with a focus on digital media and audio content
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other industry-standard tools
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as occasional travel may be required
