Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.

Job Description
The Multifamily Property Operations Specialist will work closely with prospective renters, prepare leases, handle customer service and maintenance requests, and establish a rapport to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the highest quality customer service to residents and prospects
• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and tour apartments as needed
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits
• Manage move-ins and move-outs
• Input maintenance requests
• Process rental payments daily and maintain accurate tenant ledgers
• Manage collections process and work with outside counsel to facilitate the collections and eviction process per company policy
• Process deposit accounting in a timely manner
• Monitor use of community facilities, mail, and fitness center
• Assist with any other administrative and property management tasks as assigned
