The successful applicant will have substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in ground-up projects of $25-50+ million. Key responsibilities include planning and execution, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, client management, and ensuring project adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager supervising commercial construction.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, ground-up projects valued at $25-50+ million in diverse commercial markets.
  • Expertise in stick frame construction for large projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, design principles, and permitting requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint).
