Service Areas:
Shawnee, Pottawatomie, Jackson, and Jefferson Counties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Family Therapist I and II will report to a Family Clinical Manager and be part of a collaborative, nurturing, and close-knit team, dedicated to supporting youth and families in the Kansas City area and its neighboring counties. The therapist will implement the Family Therapy (FFT) model in their practice, which includes ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. This evidence-based model focuses on in-home services, engaging families through immediate responsiveness to their needs while maintaining a strength-based relational approach. Services will primarily be delivered in clients' homes and communities, with in-office and telehealth options available as necessary. This role requires travel to clients' residences and communities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
This role necessitates a Master's degree and professional licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc.).

The ideal candidate will possess creativity, flexibility, a high level of integrity, the ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and successfully pass a background check, as well as physical and drug screenings. A valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance are also required.

COMPENSATION:
Annual salary range: $48,000 - $53,000

Sign-On Bonus: A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be included in your first paycheck, with an additional $1,500 after completing 12 months of service.
