Job Description

The Chief Administrative and Financial Officer will oversee all core administrative, financial, human resource, facilities and Information Technology systems, ensuring effective management and decision-making by executive team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives across the organization, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversight of finance, HR, IT, and capital assets departments, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, fostering an inclusive environment for employees and applicants

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Management, or Finance; 15+ years of experience in finance and administration with significant experience managing large teams
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for nonprofits and government contract regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and report on financial data to inform decision-making and strategy; experience in improving business effectiveness and efficiency

Salary

$230,000-$270,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
