Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at SSM Health Outpatient Center in Madison. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and supporting the surgical team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures
  • Communicate effectively with the surgical team and patients
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of a technical program for operating room technicians
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
