Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at UW Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing the Operating Room for surgery, working with renowned surgeons, and assisting with complex procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the Operating Room for surgery, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
- Work with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to anticipate and meet the needs of patients during surgery
- Assist with complex surgical procedures, using your knowledge and skills to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a high level of patient care and satisfaction
- Minimum - Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or two years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Preferred - One year of experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of a Surgical Technologist program
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification within six months of hire
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred
