Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our REMARKABLE Inpatient Surgery team at UW Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in preparing the Operating Room for complex surgical procedures and assisting world-renowned surgeons in our Level 1 Trauma Center.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the Operating Room for surgery, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and surgical teams.
- Work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to anticipate and meet their needs during surgery.
- Assist with complex surgical procedures, utilizing your knowledge of surgical techniques and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.

Requirements- Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or two years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification within six months of hire.
- Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
