Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our Inpatient Surgery team at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing the Operating Room for surgery, working with renowned surgeons, and assisting with complex procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the Operating Room for surgery, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
- Work with world-class surgeons and medical staff to perform complex surgical procedures
- Anticipate and meet the needs of surgeons during surgery, providing exceptional support and care
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures
- Minimum - Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or two years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Preferred - One year of experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of a Surgical Technologist program
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification within six months of hire
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred
