Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from initial planning to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage and supervise construction process, and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
  • Manage project budget, including cost control and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of workmanship.
  • Anticipate and manage potential risk factors and work to mitigate them.
  • Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is a plus.
