In this role, you will be responsible for accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Process vendor invoices and lien waivers for construction projects.
• Process purchase orders, sub-contracts, and change orders in our Sage accounting software.
• Assist special projects for Project Managers and the Accounting Department as needed.

Requirements for the position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software (Sage and Timberscan).

Compensation for this role includes a competitive wage and benefits that include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, matching 401(k), paid time off, paid Holidays, and company-sponsored events. This position is based out of the Stevens Corporate office in Madison, Wisconsin, and is a 100% in-office role with hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM, with flexibility as needed.
