The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire construction project to be performed and completed at a profit, while exceeding expectations for quality and safety. This role works in tandem with the onsite Project Superintendent to oversee all SCC field crews, material suppliers, and subcontractors for the successful execution of each assigned project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-construction coordination meetings with clients, architects, and SCC project team members.
  • Prepare and update project schedules as necessary to reflect current project status.
  • Conduct weekly job meetings onsite with SCC project team members and subcontractors.
  • Plan and coordinate SCC owned equipment, material, and self-performed labor with the Project Superintendent, Yard Superintendent, and Field Resource Manager.
  • Manage job cost spreadsheets, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFI's, and proposals.
  • Complete project close out documents for project turnover to the client.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working for a general contractor or CM firm running $10M+ new construction projects.
