Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-construction meetings with owners, architects, and design professionals to ensure project success.
  • Develop and update project schedules with the project superintendent to reflect current project status.
  • Conduct weekly job meetings with the project team and subcontractors to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Plan and manage SCC-owned equipment, materials, and self-performed labor with the project superintendent, yard superintendent, and field resource manager.
  • Manage job costs, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFI's, and proposals.
  • Complete project close-out documents for project turnover to the owner.
Requirements and Benefits

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working for a general contractor or CM firm on new construction projects exceeding $10M.
