Position:
Starburst Redis Developer

Location:
Tampa, Florida

Role Overview:
This position requires a MANDATORY CERTIFICATION as a Redis Certified Developer.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing code for data storage, access, and application usage.
- Creating responsive applications by utilizing Redis for frequently accessed data.
- Managing the ingestion, processing, and analysis of data while constructing real-time analytics systems.
- Collaborating with infrastructure teams during Redis updates, patches, and version upgrades.
- Evaluating and recommending hardware and software environments to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Identifying and resolving issues to enhance system performance.

Required Skills:
- A total of 6 years of experience in a Data Engineering role, with at least 3 years focused on Redis and Starburst.
- Proficiency in real-time data analytics systems and related technologies.
- Experience with streaming solutions such as Kafka.
- Expertise in caching, session storage services, decoupling, data ingestion, and indexing using Redis.
- Strong development/scripting skills in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Cloud/SaaS, and Linux environments.

The displayed salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Depending on the position, other forms of compensation may be included as part of the overall package, such as annual performance-based bonuses and sales incentive pay.
