Your Responsibilities:

As a Financial Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, delivering a variety of services that extend beyond basic transactions. Your duties will include:

  • Processing teller transactions with precision and a welcoming attitude.
  • Promoting products and services, assisting members in identifying solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Addressing member inquiries with a consultative approach that fosters trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of six months in banking or credit unions with a solid foundation in teller responsibilities OR at least two years in a customer service role with significant cash handling experience.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively promote and refer products and services. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various systems and software is required.
  • Availability: This part-time position entails an average of 30 hours per week, including required Saturday hours and three full weekdays.
  • Integrity: Candidates must be willing to undergo comprehensive background checks, credit assessments, and drug screenings.

Compensation: We appreciate your skills and experience, and our competitive hourly rates reflect that. Final compensation offers will be based on qualifications and internal equity. Below are the pay rates for various member service representative levels:

  • Member Service Rep. I: $20.00
  • Member Service Rep. II: $20.50
  • Member Service Rep. III: $21.00
  • Member Service Rep. IV: $22.00
