Your Responsibilities:

As a Financial Services Representative, you will serve as the face of our credit union, delivering a variety of services that extend beyond basic transactions. Your duties will include:

  • Processing teller transactions with precision and a welcoming attitude.
  • Promoting products and services, assisting members in finding solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Addressing any concerns with a consultative approach that fosters trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Experience: A minimum of six months in banking or credit unions with a solid background in teller functions OR at least two years in a customer service role with a strong focus on cash handling.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively promote and refer products and services. Proficient in written and verbal communication in a friendly yet professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in utilizing various systems and software.
  • Availability: This part-time position requires an average of 30 hours per week, including Saturdays and three full weekdays.
  • Integrity: Willingness to undergo comprehensive background checks, credit evaluations, and drug screenings.

Compensation: We recognize your experience and skills, and our competitive hourly rates reflect that. Final offers are determined based on qualifications, internal equity, and the specific position level. Below are the branch job levels with their corresponding hourly pay:

  • Member Service Rep. I: $20.00
  • Member Service Rep. II: $20.50
  • Member Service Rep. III: $21.00
  • Member Service Rep. IV: $22.00
