About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard Staff The Works Fitness Professional to join our team. As an Aquatic Instructor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants, and delivering high-quality instruction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality instruction, adapting to the needs of participants and providing positive feedback and guidance.
- Organize the class environment, ensuring individual success and a positive learning experience.
- Provide administrative assistance in Aquatics, including tasks such as registration and scheduling.
Requirements
- Lifeguard Certification
- Water Safety Instructor Certification (within 1 year of hire)
- One year of Instructor experience (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Compassion and patience
