Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product installation, usage, and implementation.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in IT-related fields, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows/MAC clients.

Experience working with Windows Desktop and server platforms, as well as MAC OS in enterprise environments.
